Rock-It Premix LLC is a locally owned ready-mix concrete operation established in 2026 by the Aylett family, the same family behind Rock Solid Sand & Gravel — a fifth-generation family ownership with 50 years of operating history in the region.
Our five decades of experience sourcing materials from our own local pits ensures we understand the specific needs of projects in the Tri-Cities. We combine regional knowledge with a commitment to getting concrete where it's needed.
We operate focused facilities in Kennewick and across the Tri-Cities, providing residential, commercial, and agricultural mix designs that are batched to specification and delivered ready to pour.
