Fifty Years in the Ground.
The foundation of our operations began with Rock Solid Sand & Gravel. For over 50 years, the Aylett's have been mining and processing clean, high-grade aggregate from our local pits to support infrastructure and construction across Northeast Oregon. What started as a family operation has grown into a multi-location business supplying contractors, homeowners, agricultural operations, and municipalities across Northeast Oregon and Eastern Washington.
We specialize in the products that make construction possible: crushed rock, fill materials, sand, and gravel. By owning our own pits and local rock sources, we have direct control over what we supply and when. You are ordering from the operation that digs it, processes it, and stands behind it.
Fifty years of deliveries, relationships, and projects across this region. We know the terrain, the materials, and the customers — and we plan to be here for the next fifty years the same way we have been for the last.
ROCK-IT PREMIX LLC
New Operation. Same Roots.
While Rock-It Premix is the newer addition to our family of companies, it was born from the same decades of industry knowledge. We saw a need for specialized concrete solutions in Eastern Washington—concrete that could handle the unique climate of our region while meeting the specific demands of local builders.
Rock-It Premix launched in 2026 with concrete plant operations in the Kennewick and Tri-Cities area, backed by the Rock Solid and the Aylett family's 50 years of regional material supply experience. Oregon ready-mix service is coming soon. We are not a national company trying to be local. We are local. The same family. The same pits. The same accountability on every order.
